I had one of my sites hacked as well but ncitoed it about 4 hours after it had been done. So, my developers cleaned it up and the site is up and running again. It's a site that is built on Wordpress so therefore it has plugins accordingly. Could there possibly be code that was hacked into the plugins that would cause Google to hit me a negative 50 penalty?
